Christine offers one-on-one coaching for individuals seeking spiritual and personal growth support and guidance.
Personal development goes hand-in-hand with spiritual growth & development. Your soul, mind, and heart are all connected and unfold together. To say they are separate is akin to saying a flower is only half its petals. Your emotional body and physical body are equally as important as your spiritual body. All three must be cared for in our life if we are to become who we are meant to be. During spiritual growth we are faced with lessons and challenges which can be overwhelming and challenging. These points on our path can feel more like obstacles, than lessons we are meant to move through successfully. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and grow with more joy and ease in the company of like minded souls and those who wish to support us on our path.
